Request to customers

All guests staying at the time of check-in are requested to check the temperature and verify their identities after taking infection prevention measures such as avoiding face-to-face contact .

If we have a fever or a cold symptom , we will check the physical condition of the traveler such as temperature measurement, and if there is a fever or a cold , we will consult with the nearest public health center , including on weekends, and take appropriate measures.

At that time, if you have a cold, such as a fever or a cough, we ask you to take a thermometer, ask for detailed information such as when you became sick, and depending on the case, use the accommodation and facilities inside the hotel. It is to have refused it might just hurt.

In such a case, we will try to respond promptly, such as by notifying the hospital .

If you have a mask, please wear it properly and cover your mouth and nose securely. If you do not have a mask, please follow cough etiquette, such as " cover your nose and mouth with a tissue" or " cover your sleeves or jacket when it's too early".
